Rosalena Harness for Windows
The desktop app runs on my machine every day, but it isn't packaged for other people yet: there's no installer and it isn't code-signed, so Windows would block it. When the first build is ready to share, the download goes right here.

What works today, and what's left before a download
Works now
- The model router, with fallback when a model is busy
- The agent: tools, plugins, subagents, voice input
- The desktop window and the model picker
- Local pictures, video and music through ComfyUI
- An MCP server so other tools can start and read runs
Left before a public download
- A single-file app that doesn't need Node installed
- An installer
- Code signing, so Windows SmartScreen doesn't block it
- Voice as an optional download (it needs a Python runtime)
What it needs
What you'll need to run it
Windows 10 or 11. You don't need a big graphics card to start: the free cloud models work on any PC. To run models on your own machine, more graphics memory means bigger models; the 27B model I use takes about 20 GB on an RTX 3090.
